I have MS. I get cramps mostly in the night and mostly in my legs. I take one tablet when this occurs and get relief within minutes. For me it is great.

I have RA, nerve issues in my neck and shoulders, muscle spams in my back and legs. I have found much relief from this medication just sad my insurance will not cover it.

This review is almost a ditto of another review. I have had MS for forty-four years. Cramps in my legs at night are a common occurance. One Orphengesic Forte gives lasting (the remainder of the night)relief and gives it almost immediately. I don't know what I would do without it. It doesn't seem to work for me as a preventative medicine. JCT
