I just turned 60. Over the last couple of years I have gradually started experiencing leg, feet, toe cramps. Leg, foot or toe cramps became an every day experince untill I read somewhere that Vitamin E and Magnesium suppliments may help. The article said it may take up to 4 weeks to experience a difference. The combination of these two vitamins helped me within a week!
