My teeth are stronger, dental cleanings are brief: virtually plaque and pain free. I don't have to worry about heat and cold, and as a lifestyle change, I eliminated most sweets before I learned about this paste. I wish this product was available over the count...

I don't have to worry about heat and cold, and as a lifestyle change, I eliminated most sweets before I learned about this paste. I wish this product was available over the counter. The difficult part for me was not rinsing toothpaste as per the instructions. But this toothpaste has a very pleasant taste, and I am now accustomed to it.Read More Read Less

ControlRX toothpaste was easy to use. It is the only toothpaste I can find that does not burn my tongue. I cannot find any pharmacy that stocks this toothpaste.
