During the six months using Lo-Ovral my weight shot up about 15 pounds, my diet and exercise pattern hadn't changed the only thing new was using oral contraceptives. After three months and about an 8 pound weight gain my doctor suggested continuing with Lo-Ovral and paying close attention to my diet & exercise. Six months later, the doctor is was time to change.
