have tried using but do not seem to lose.

I have chronic pain; therefore, I take forms of "morphine", which very much constipate me, so then I take Xenical. I am actually underweight, so I have not lost any pounds. My problem with taking this drug for a few months is that I will start losing a horrible orange oily substance analy. Hard to clean around the toilet, and hard to control! Taking large dose of probiotics solves the problem - and also stopping the Xenical, of course!

I absolutey love Xenical!!!!! The side effects does not bother me at all. My stomach is almost flat and I can eat anything I want.

I used this miracle drug and was so pleased! I lost 60lbs in 4.5mnths. I never thought I would be able to run again :-)

I love this drug. I have found it much easier to monitor my fat intake to avoid the side effects of Alli. I have have lost 17 lbs already. The more fat you ingest the more side effects you suffer. So foods I was unaware of the high fat in I found out real quick to moderate them. It's really simple.

the side effcts are bad only if you eat a high fat meal, stay away from fat and you'll be fine

the worse thing i found about this product is it fills u full of gas all ya do is fart

i started using xenical 6 weeks ago and have so far lost 23 pounds. i have followed a low fat diet and have had no side effects at all. only problem has been actually getting the medication as all chemists say there is a problem getting them supplied.

If you follow the rules you wont have a problem, but if your still cheating and have not changed your diet, you WILL have adverse side effects. Which in my opinion is the beauty of this drug, it keeps you accountable to your weight loss goal! :) good luck everyone! Hi,I`m AMIR from Iran.I`m Physician.My BMI is 29.3. I take it for 3 months,side effect of this was disaster for me such as Greasy defication,high frequency bowel sound,abdominal pain,etc.I loose 2 Kilogram.In my country this drug is so expensive because $ price was rise. Exercise is better for me and advise it for you. Have a good time.

Xenical DOES work if you follow the instructions and heed the warnings!!! You can't expect to lose weight if you're not eating healthy and/or exercising. I learned this the hard way. My first time using Xenical, I wasted lots of $ and barely lost 4lbs, and had many, many accidents. My second time around, I was COMMITTED to following the instructions because I wanted REAL results and NO ACCIDENTS! After 3 mths, I lost 38 lbs; 77 by 7 mths, and NO accidents. YOU TOO CAN LOSE THE WEIGHT! But you HAVE to be COMMITTED to a low-calorie diet, execercise and leave the snacking binges alone! Here's a tip: drink lots of water or flavored water, eat more fruits and vegetables and have one cheat day (I pick Saturday because I have out with family & friends). I had to carry an old towel with me everywhere...as there is a lot of bright orange leakege and flatulance with this drug. It was the worst treatment drug taken for weight control that I have ever taken.

I'm a 20 years old male, weight over 220, high 5 feet 10. I started taking this drug when i couldn't fit into my jeans. I lost about 10 pounds in like 6 weeks after i started taking it eventhough i'm following wrong instruction like taking it before the meal. Now i'm following the instructions and i'm sure i'll get more satisfying results.

I'm a young female, & I was struggling to loose weight. I'm 21 years young & I should have been living my life to the fullest. Weight always held me back from doing just that. Until I tried this, and at first I was sketchy on what made it so different than any other diet pill. Then I found out. I had energy all day long, while loosing weight, it made me feel great. Drug is excellent! I am 46 years old. I started in January 2010. I switched to a mainly vegetarian diet, only baked or grilled chicken , eliminated all soda. I counted only fat grams and kept them under 10 per day. I lost 85 pounds by May 2010. My son hardly recognized me, he went to Marine boot camp in January and I went to Fat camp and it was worth it when he saw me at graduation. I never exercised because I live in the Midwest and the weather was awful however I plan to start to lose the last 30- 40lbs. I will have gone from a size 20 to a size 8.
