I have been using this treatment for over 14 yrs. It work wonders for me, and I love it. My Insurance recently informed me that they will no longer pay for this medication. I can not afford the total price. Is there a cheaper substitute or a gyneric that you can recommend???

I bought a small tube of Lustra AF, just to see if it would take care of some problem areas on my face. I had 5 growing brown spots. One on my forehead, one on each apple of my cheek and two on my upper lip. they were quite noticeable. There wasn't enough for 8 weeks as recommended. I was able to use it (morning under make up and at night before bed)for about 6 weeks and it worked very well. I am very pleased with the results. They were almost completely gone within the 6 weeks. I bought another tube to finish the treatment. You do have to be careful with direct sun exposure. I not only noticed the spots disappearing but I also noticed my skin smoother. I would recommend this cream to anyone. Read More Read Less

Excellent. Surpassed my expectations. Initially, my skin peeled due to the glycolic acid. I have never used GA before so I guess it was just a matter of getting used to. So I stopped for 2 weeks then reused it about twice a week. Works well for hyperpigmentation and overall brightening :)Only drawback is the cost.
