I have Sarcoid in both lacrimal glands of my eyes. The nodule in my left eye was so large that I could not open my eye. The nodule in my right eye was just beginning when I was started on Renflexis. I am also taking Methotrexate injections once weekly. After 4 treatments on Renflexis the nodule on my left eye cannot be felt even though I am sure it is still there. My only side effect so far is extreme fatigue. I have 3 lung nodules also but they have stayed the same size since being on the Renflexis. However, Medicare has denied payment for the treatments and we are not sure why just yet. We don't know, but my provider is still investigating.Read More Read Less
