This medicine will make your pecker hard. It does help I believe in peeing more freely and a better stream. I noticed one of the side affects is ringing in the ears. I have noticed that I have a significant increase in this problem. This must be what is causing the increase. Hearing doctors say it's because my hearing is bad, but I have had bad hearing a long time. Since I started taking this medicine I have ringing in my ear much worse. I think I will stop taking this medicine and see if it improves. I believe it does help with your pee stream and having sex. I take 1 pill a day. If I took 3 pills a day I believe I would have to have more sex. My recommendation is don't take any medicine if you can get by with it, because all medicine causes problems.Read More Read Less
