I have only been using Trelegy for about a month but it has been life changing for me. I used to wake up every morning wheezing so bad that I had to have a breathing treatment immediately and also throughout the day after some activities such as grocery shopping and carrying all the groceries in the house. I used Trelegy immediately after picking up my prescription and have not had to use my nebul...

Was on it due to COPD. From the first day I took it I could feel it didn't get in as deeply as my previous medication. Within the third day I started noticing a lot of mucus and I wasn't breathing as well at all. By the fourth day it was making me really sick. By thy fifth day I was using my emergency inhaler a few times a day. Which I never had to before. It started hurting my tongue, making it feel burnt, and drying out my mouth and throat so badly I couldn't sleep. It also gave me a headache. By about the seventh day I was having such a hard time breathing I stopped the medication. I went back to Anoro and Flovent. I beg anyone thinking of using this medication: Please don't! Trelegy caused extreme shortage of breath. I also had joint pains when I was on it. I went off March 17, 2024 and feel normal again. I'm not blaming Trelegy, it just affected me differently.

I was using an inhaler for asthma 3 or more times a day. My dr said to try trelegy so i did in her office. after leaving which was about 3 weeks ago, i have not used my inhaler even once. this is amazing to me. i have more energy to do just about anything now. i had none before. I used to cough alot and wheeze. i have tried numerous medications. this was a great finding for me. no more coughing or wheezing. thankful for finding this medication.

I have asthma and COPD. Had a COPD exasperation in August, doctor 2 times, sent then to ER, then to Pulmonary doctor. He took me off of Advair and said I needed Trelegy due to the COPD. This inhaler is awful. For sure I believe it has made me worse. Yes, gets me breathing some, for maybe 6 hrs or less, but then fails terribly. Headaches every day since starting this, pain in back and hands, and thrush ever since I started this. Have to take anti-fungal meds daily and it isn't even helping me. Going back to my Advair and pray I don't have another COPD flair up. Read More Read Less

I have chronic bronchitis. Trellegy works but if I use it for more than 2 weeks I get slight congestion with a cough. I use it for 2 weeks and then stop, sometimes I can go several months without using it. The cost is ridiculous, if I didn't have insurance I would not use it.

I was given this medication as a 14 day sample by my Pulmonologist...I was shocked at how great it worked on my ability to breath BUT! I felt so horrible like I had the flu, very bad weakness, muscle aches, very tired, I could not function or get out of bed. Will never take this terrible medicine again and I highly recommend you don't either. Love and Light to all. Kim ??

Not for me. I had sore throat and horrible hoarseness. Im sure it is Steroidal Induced Laryngitis. I quit taking this after one year being just borderline COPD. I feel better. Voice coming back. Did research on this med it can raise risk of pneumonia!!!

No medication has ever relieved my symptoms like this one. I no longer need my emergency inhaler but 1 time per month, prior i used it 4 times a day or more. When i wake up in the morning i can go up stairs without even taking my morning dose. It’s been like a miracle drug for me. Be sure to rinse after use to avoid thrush

Put me on symbacort , had a fever and couldn't catch my breath or walk steps for four months , Dr. didn't believe me it was making me sick, finally gave me trilogy , didn't notice any improvement but stuck with it for 7 weeks , then just like symbacort ,I have a constant fever , flu symptoms , no desire to get up of the chair , broken blood vessels in my eye , these medicines are nothing but high priced poison, save yourself a lot of pain and suffering and study natural remedies , I am NEVER going back to taking any of this poison, When it literally tells you in the box that it causes pneumonia , why on earth would they give it to someone with breathing problems? I'm just going to avoid Dr.s from now on. The medical industry in this country is a scam. Read More Read Less

I've had COPD for a few years, two years ago I came down with Bronchitis that required three days in E.R.. Five months after that Bronchitis again, but this time with Covid and pneumonia requiring three months in rehab flat on my back. All the inhalers I've been prescribed have no effect. The immediate effect the Trelegy had was no coughing spells!!! If I skip Trelegy for one day I'm reminded to use by coughing. Important to me as increased coughing had led to Bronchitis, and the last bout with it almost did me in! I think that long term will lead to lung improvement.Read More Read Less

Trelegy changed my life. The flare ups from COPD were terrible. My sats dropped down to the 70's. Consistently. Since taking Trelegy, I've had no flare ups. This has been over 6 months. No more shortness of breath!

I've been using this medication for 4yrs. Couldn't live without it. Cost is minimal because of PBS (Australia). Dr did fry to take me off it 12minth ago. That fell flat on its face that idea.

IF>>i hold it just perfect so i get all the powder in my lungs rather than on my tongue, then great. IF is a big word. getting the perfect angle and a deep breathe for a person with 20% function lungs is challenging. ok then it gives me a great 6 hours of wonderful breathing, then it fails miserably. i take it about 7am an by 2pm, having trouble breathing. by 5 i'm gasping walking. is it better than symbicort? not so sure. symbicort lasts longer, easier to use. i've had copd 20 yrs and smoked 3 paks a day. if i could use trelegy twice a day, then it would be great but you can't. that's my 2bits folks.Read More Read Less

i've had copd for 25 yrs and have little lungs function but not yet on O2. this drug works great for 12 hrs, then falls flat. takes care of my work day so i just accept it. the disigner of the drug holder obviously doesn't have copd. it's extremely picky on the angle and if i don't make it my biggest air inhale. it all falls on my tounge ending up in my tummy. i have used many of the others and they don't work any longer.smoking was my choice and i don't regret smoking 3 paks a day for 40 yrs.

64 y.o. male COPD Been taking 3 weeks and the only noticeable effect is shrinking of wallet. I had a 14 day sample and now a 30 day script. After the 44 days run their course if no change of any ind I will be done with this med. I've noticed 20 ads a day on local network tv and md. extolled it. This makes me suspect due to my nature. Make your own choice but I'm leaning towards calling bullshit.
