Like the other reviewers that had success with this, I too tried everything for nasal polyps. I had surgery years ago to get rid of them, but they returned. After two years of trying with saline solution washes (netti pot) and Flonase, Xhance coupled with allergy medicine has done the trick. I can finally smell and taste, and I can breathe through my nose. I was afraid I would have to surgery agai...

I have been using Xhance for the last year and in the last 3 months the devices have leaked and would no longer hold pressure before releasing the spray.

This stuff is golden. Amazing!! I had a stubborn sinus infection where I had to take 3 different antibiotics. Still had inflammation really bad. Use this stuff the first day and bam. Felt back to normal asap. The only side effect I have from this is a slight runny nose afterwards. This stuff is Amazing!!!

The product seems to work but when I need my refill I had a three way finger pointing match between my insurance company, my ENT and the pharmacy. And I could not get a refill that didn't cost me $600. After dealing with that nonsense for a month I became creative. I figured out how open the Xhance delivery system, refilled the bottle with Flonase and I am back in business

I have been using over a week and have no change in symptoms because the device does not deliver the medicine as the video depicts. Despite blowing into the device while also pumping the device, it provides less penetration into the nose than over the counter sprays. The biggest problem is that contrary to the video and most other medications, it does not deliver a mist or spray but squirts a stream into your nose. As soon as you remove the device, the liquid runs out your nose with the result you get no benefit of the medication. Happy that the first 30 days was free because I won't be wasting money on a refill.Read More Read Less

I too have suffered from chronic sinusitis and had to treated with prednisone to minimize my symptoms. I began using XHANCE in March 2022 and have been symptom free. Expensive, but worth it for me.

Outrageously expensive when compared to what I can get from Costco. My copay is $360 and generic flonase is $9. Only difference is applicator and that's not worth $350 for each refill. Tried sample Xhance from ENT and was no better than generic. Complete ripoff. Stay away

I have had FOUR surgeries due to polyps. After the last surgery, at my follow up appointment the doctor could see that they had already begin to grow back. The last result was XHANCE and since I've being using XHANCE the polyps has not returned. I give XHANCE 5?????

I have had lingering sinus issues for over 20 years. I had sinus surgery in 2006 which helped, but I sitll lived with sinus issues. Typically , I would have 3 (or more) serious sinus infections each year, each being treated with antibiotics and usually prednisone. Those drugs would clear up the issue but in just a few weeks I could feel the problems returning. My symptoms were typical ... headaches, severe congestion, loss of taste and smell. I was miserable about 2/3 of the year. A few years ago my ENT perscribed Xhance . That prescription literally changed my life. After being on Xhance for a couple years, my nasal polyps are almost completely gone, and I have not had a serious sinus infection since starting on this medication. I think it is not only the drug in Xhance, but the delivery system that puts the medication deep in your sinus cavity. Cannot be more pleased.Read More Read Less

Skip the absurd price for this “delivery system” of a cheap generic drug and go to Costco or Sam’s and buy their brand name fluticasone (Aller-flo, for example). The cost will be under $4 per month. It’s the same drug that XHANCE wants to charge upwards of $400/month for. (It would be $70/month with my own insurance.) This is scandalous, yet somehow not surprising.

I've had chronic congestion for years including sinus drainage and eustachian tube disorder. It came on slowly and was difficult to notice any worsening until it was pretty far gone. I lost my sense of smell more than a year ago (non-COVID related). Similarly the loss of it was not immediate and the absence of something can be harder to detect than the presence of something. So I went to an ENT who discovered polyps and prescribed Xhance along with prednisone & an antibiotic. Within days my congestion was reduced and my sense of smell returned. Within a couple of weeks my breathing was completely clear and back to normal. I had forgotten what I was missing. Now the prednisone and clarithromycin courses are done and I am continuing on with Xhance. All the good benefits are still there. The only side effects I notice are a slightly dry nose with minimal bleeding - I only notice when I blow my nose or use saline rinse. This could be due to my dry desert environment more so than the Xhance, it's hard to know. Overall very happy with the results.Read More Read Less

When Xhance was $500 it worked absolutely amazing for me. I bought it twice because how great it worked. Once the price dropped, it absolutely stopped working! I've used 4 bottles since the price dropped dramatically and it has not worked at all. It's like they changed the recipe! It was a blessing at first but now, a serious disappointment! I want to get it lab tested to see if it's the same formula or not!

I was prescribed this along with Zyflo recently. I have a several year history of pansinusitis, nasal polyps, AERD asthma and sinus surgery . I also receive Nucala injections. Xhance combined with Zyflo has been a Life saver and game changer after years of really chronic persistent symptoms. I no longer experience the nasal "tunnel " sound in my voice from severe congestion, uncontrolable nasal dripping, sneezing, daily "hay fever" like attacks and inability to sleep lying down due to nasal blockage. I have moments of a sense of smell but more often not. But, that's ok because I can talk with people without sneezing or sticking a tissue anywhere near my nose, eat without nasal sounds when I swallow, sleep and breathe with my mouth closed!! Much better to work, hold meetings and lead my team at work. Side effects have not been noticeable for me. I do have an increased post nasal drip perhaps because everything is more open. Good luck to all of those out there!Read More Read Less

Very satisfied with results but started getting headaches every day. Unfortunately I will have to stop my daily routine. Just can’t afford to have these late afternoon headaches. Sinuses are much better but can’t handle the head discomfort.

I have suffered with nasal polyps for years, have had surgery twice, but they always grow back. Began using xhance spray 1year ago, and I feel like Iâ??ve been healed! I can smell for the first time in years, have no nasal allergy symptoms, and can breathe when I sleep. Couldnâ??t be more satisfied!

Although my ENT would like me to use Xhance and the sample he provided one week ago is having some minimal effectiveness, I could never afford the $400 per month price tag and will be discontinuing when the sample runs out. Healthcare in America.

I have tried everything for my sinusitis. I’ve had multiple surgeries, did allergy shots for two years, took allergy meds and Flonase regularly. Nothing worked. THIS, Xhance, has been helping my severe swelling in my nose and helping me not get sinus infections for two months. Usually I’m sick once a month. If you need to try something, do it! It’s not ordered from cvs or Walgreens. Your dr will call in a special prescription for it.
