I started getting treatment the week after this was released so I have had treatment for over a year now. This helped give me my life back. My severe allergic asthma kept me a prisoner in my home. Since getting this I begin to feel better with every treatment and now I feel normal again. I can go in public and not be afraid of my triggers causing an attack. The only side effect for me was being sleepy after the injection.

I started my first dose of Fasenra Thursday November 8th 2018, & could tell a improvement in my lung health is 3 to 4 days. I have had remarkable results & hope that many more have the same relief & benefits. I also have had NO side effects to Fasenra.

Ive been an asthmatic since childhood. I'm on several meds due to asthma and allergy. I have been taking the shot for 3 months now. Actually, I received my 3rd dose today. The first month was rough. I had 4 asthma attacks and I had to get a large prednisone dose, but after my 2nd shot everything opened up. My peakflow was 600. I have never blown a 600 in my life. I am consistently blowing 500-550 when I was accustomed to blowing 400-450. Life changing. I also love the log book and materials they sent. I cant wait to see what the next few months has to offer. This drug has changed my life!! I am not 100% but I feel great and feeling like my old self again. I have not been on prednisone in over 6 months either.

When I started this treatment my oxygen levels were in the 70's and low 80's and that was when I was hooked up to an oxygen. 1 wk after my first shot I was back in the 90's and have not dropped below 88. I am back to walking with my dog and feel like I am almost back to normal. I started this treatment in March 2018

Adult female, in my 30s. I got severe asthma 4 years ago, having never had any history of the disease. Many hospital stays/ urgent care visits .And of course every asthma medicine that can be prescribed. My new doctor prescribed me Fasenra. I had my first shot 3 weeks ago, and My asthma symptoms have improved almost 100 percent. It is still very early, and I know asthma can rear its ugly head at anytime. But so far Fasenra has been almost like a miracle. Have not had any noticeable side effects, besides a low fever a few hours after receiving the shot, which the doctor didnt seem too concerned about. My daughter has severe asthma and has been on steroids for roughly 4 years in the form of a monthly shot (Kenalog). She tried Xolair and Nucala which did not work. The Fasenra appears to be working however it did cause fainting spells for first 10 days after shot which resulted in driver's license being suspended. She can breathe, but can't drive.

I have had severe and persistent eosinophilic asthma for over 20 years. Have been on steroids, inhalers, and all the rest of the asthma drugs. My asthma doc was able to get me approved for Nucala. I was on that for four months, it did help some, helped my sinuses more. He checked my numbers after using Nucala, he was not impressed. He switched me to FASENRA. I have had three shots, I felt the difference quickly after the first shot. Much better breathing capability. There is a noticeable difference between Nucala and FASENRA for me.
