I have been on Jynarque for several years now and my kidneys are more then stable, actually improving a bit lately. Different people probably get different results. I am six feet tall, 170lbs and drink about five quarts of water a day. I hope my results continue.

It is hard to tell if it works (too little time) but the protocol and requirements are so onerous that my Dr.'s office can't keep the blood testing schedule straight, the specialty insurance company constantly contacts you when things are going well but if there is a problem they become useless and less than helpful. Don't waste your time or risk your liver.

I'm a 64 year old male and have been taking Jynarque since August of 2023. To date, my kidney function has improved and has held stable. I've had no issues with the specialty pharmacy (PantheRX) or the required lab work. My Nephrologist is hopeful that if this continues I may be able to avoid dialysis or a transplant for 10 more years.
