I took this for my 1st colonoscopy today. The only thing I rate low for Plenvu is the taste of dose 1. It was very hard to get down. I chased it with plain water and ice chips. However after 2.5 hours I was done and went to sleep with no issues. The 2nd dose was so much better. Chased with ice water and lime after each sip. This one worked about 4 hours, but I did sleep one extra hour in between. ... Show Full Comment

This is my second colonoscopy and this is the worse experience in my life: I cannot explain the taste, or how it feels in my mouth or how it goes down my throat, or how it made me feel. It was sickening I could not even get through half of the 16 ounces in 30 mins. I would drink a gallon of miralax and Gatorade any day

This was my 2nd colonoscopy and 1st time with this prep. I read the reviews first so I called my doctor and took anti-nausea before both doses. Minimal nausea and no cramping. Just felt blah for a couple hours until I was cleaned out. It worked very well but I did start on a light diet a few days before with little to no fiber. Also, I drank lots of fluids throughout. I took both doses early. Firs ... Show Full Comment
