I have suffered with severe plaque psoriasis for 30+ years and this is the first time I have had relief and results. This has worked miracles for me and I am so grateful. I can actually wear short sleeves again. My elbows and hands have cleared and my legs (my worst area) are getting so much better!

I have only had week zero and 4 week injections. I am still, waiting for a reduction of plaque psoriasis in scalp, finger nail beds, and elbows.I am hopeful that I will see an improvement soon, if not I will see about going back on Humira.

I was diagnosed with guttate psoriasis when I was 16 years old, was covered with small plaques from my scalp all the way down to my legs.. I tried phototherapy, topicals, creams that didn’t work. I’m now 26, I have been skyrizi for over 3 years.. this drug has completely changed my life. My body is 100% clear and I am living my life more confidently:) highly recommend

I had terrible side effects. Shortness of breath, oxygen went to 85 went to ER twice. Two pulmonologists ruled out everything, stopped my Skyrizi and by the time new dose was to be delivered I was almost 100 back to normal. Went through horrible 3 months with this drug! Be warned. !

Almost a year in and I see no change at all, for all the BS and run around I get from insurance you would think this stuff is pure gold, but my experience it's GARBAGE!!!

I had tried numerous topicals, UV-therapy, dietary changes, functional medicine, nothing stopped the progression of my psoriasis. With this medication, I am 100% clear, and I thank God after years of searching for something that worked and lasted. Otezla helped me for a short time, then stopped being effective.

It works the same as any other lower cost medicine, $15,000. For an injection they offer you a coupon and they don't redeem it, then you end up paying thousands of dollars unnecessarily.

I have psoriasis on my scalp and body. My worse area is my scalp! I was on Humira, it worked briefly. I switched to Skyrizi, I am 2 months in and already taken the first and second injection. I haven’t seen any major difference as of yet. Hoping in the next 2 months something will change.

This medicine has been a game changer for my quality of life. After 7+ months of treatment I feel so much better and have a lot more energy. Also most damage in my small intestine has been healed. I am beyond grateful for this treatment.

My doctor suggested Skirizi for my Chrons. I started my first infusion and felt great lots with lots of energy. I took my second infusion and had extreme nausea and fatigue. I had severe abdominal pain. My doctor did bloodwork on me and it came back with signs of severe liver damage. I can’t and won’t take this ever again

I have taken the two starter doses and it is not working for me. The splitting and cracking of my hand psoriasis has diminished but is not completely gone, keeps reoccurring. My fingers keep getting puffy and then the skin splits. If I don’t moisturize and glove my hands, it’s a nightmare. The psoriasis is spreading to the top inside area of both arms, my belly area, the front top inside area of my right thigh. I feel absolutely miserable. My psoriasis started at 60 years of age.

After 20 years of a small amount (quarter sized patches) of chronic psoriaisis only on my elbows and knees, I suddenly had an outbreak of guttate psoriasis which left my body covered in dozens of new psoriasis spots that appeared daily in areas I never had any previous psoriasis on. It was an absolute nightmare and mentally debilitating. I think the outbreak was a reaction my body had after being exposed to my daughter coming home from school with a sore throat. I took the first shot 3 weeks after the initial outbreak and when my body was totally covered in hundreds of new spots all over (none on face or genitals but pretty much everywhere else). 2 weeks after shot 1 of Skyrizi the guttate was 60ish% better. By second shot it was 85ish% better and after 8 weeks it all disappeared. It’s an absolute miracle. Thank G-d. My chronic psoriasis spots have also healed and look pretty much like regular skin now and way better than they ever have looked. This drug is incredible if it works for you. I’ve had absolutely zero side effects. They say psoriasis is chronic and can’t ever be healed but this medicine has made mine disappear. I definitely recommend trying it. Thank G-d!!!!Read More Read Less

I have been on this medication for 6+ months. Taken initial doses plus two more as prescribed every 12 weeks. Within 3 months or so my skin was clear. The arthritic pain in my hips and knees is horrible still. I switched from Hunira (taken for 5 years) after it lost effectiveness. Not sure how much longer to wait for pain relief. I do not want to take methotrexate everyday.

I have had high hopes about Skirizi because many people get relief. But alas every body reacts differently to meds. Skirizi has done nothing. No help no side effects. Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis continue to get worse. I have tried many things over the 44 years. I had my best and longest remission with complete clearing and pain control from Remicaid, 15 years. It began to lose some effectiveness and then during my last infusion the nurse hit a nerve in my hand. My hand was in pain and pretty much unusable for a couple months. I still have lots of trouble with that hand, much pain and weakness, after 5 years. Six months after stopping the Remicaid, I realized I was going to have take something. Since then I have been thru trying most everything with little success. I've tried stelara, cosyntex, simponi, humiera, talz, enbrel, and for the last year I have been on Skyrizi. The only one that helped some but not enough was talz. Remicaid was like a miracle for me for almost 15 years. I surely pray I find something that works that well again. Keep praying and don't give up, everyone.Read More Read Less

After 49 years of tropicals, moisturizers, and just not knowing if there would be any justified real relief and grateful for it to be gone. Skyrizzi has just made all the difference to my psoriasis condition. I was covered with 60% over my body and and after 2 injections, I'm clear. So grateful to have worked so miraculously on my condition. No side effects and will have my 3rd injection in August of 23. It began clearing my skin after the first starter dose. Thanks to skyrizi, I cab wear shorts and feel at ease again.Read More Read Less

I've been suffering from Guttate psoriasis since 2009. Was on Otezla , but lost its effectiveness and then it was worse than ever. I was fully cleared after the two loading doses. Skyrizi has definitely been a miracle for me!

I've been taking this for 8 months; Dr. started once every 12 wks, then because no improvement after 4 months, changed to once every 6 wks. Huge side effects for me: hair loss and breakage, joint pain, always exhausted (affects work, don't socialize, housework undone because always tired).

I have had psoriasis for 20+ years and tried a number of treatments, all with limited results. UVB lights gave the most improvement for a time. Was on Otezla for a year, it lost its effectiveness. Have been on Skyrizzi for 16 months and 100% clear with no side effects so far. My brother also has psoriasis and doe Humira with mixed results. Told him to try Skyrizzi.

Plagues on my elbows deminished substantially after only a few weeks. The larger and deeper plagues on my legs and knees persisted only with red, scarring a few weeks longer. Plus, you can save with the Co-Pay assistance card on every dose! As well as saving on co-pays at the dermatologists by simply shipping your shot home, because it's so simple and easy you can inject yourself!

I am diagnosed with both Phoriatic and Rumitoid Arthritis as wel as cardiac issues. I have much wear in my joints. I have been dealing with Phoriatic issues covering 48% since 1998. Heart disease since 2015 possible as a result of biologics. I have been on nearly every medication some with immediate response then antibodies build up and medication becomes unefective. Arthritis is in nearly every joint even in my jaw and sternum. My first dose was 6 months ago. I was unable to walk without assistance and I blead from my skin flexing. This was mostly from the knees and elbows. Six days after my first injection my skin started to clear on my hands and ears. My joints received better results after the 3rd injection. I am now able to do some light yard work however I fatigue easily and every task takes 3x the amount of effort. I still have tremendous inflammation and incredible pains. Sitting, laying and standing all are uncomfortable. My Rumatologest is looking into adding an additional biologic to aid with the joint detereation. I am hopeful my progress will continue.
