My spouse takes this medication (with Rytary and Apokyn at Max dosage). Its a hit and miss and in over a month of use with 40 mg (actually trying a 20mg 2 times a day due to stomach issue/absorption)i have seen that it works well during day time and also this is just a "FEEL" at this time, the delusions and some anger flaring up? When we first started we didn't see much benefit. The doctor switch the dose from 20mg to 40 mg, the patient shut down, so it was taken back to 20mg.
In the six months the patient was on Nourianz the patient went from walking 1 mile+ (with a rollator) to unable to go out at all. I stopped the medicine over time now after 1 week, she is moving around again.

I am taking 40 mg of Nourianz along with 250 mg of Sinemet (x2hrs). The Nourianz seems to be helping me use the Sinemet more effectively. Unfortunately, when the Nourianz wears off I am pretty useless. I also have a lot of nausea but I don't think I can blame the Nourianz. Haven't figured that one out yet.
