I've had cystic acne for years. I've been taking Spironolactone 50 mg twice a day and in the past used Oxexton and RetinA Micro. I was breaking out do my dermatologist suggested I try Aklief and 3 weeks in - today is the first day I can think of in history where I have zero zits!! Nothing! I like that my face is not as red and hasnt peeled at all like it would with RetinA Micro. I am very happy wi...

I started using this topical at the end of July. In the beginning my face was extremely red, and excessive peeling, nothing I have ever had before. I was breaking out due to hormones and wearing the mask around my face. It took months, I started with smaller zits then huge cystic pimples, three at a time on my lower half of my face. The breakouts have decreased, I think the purging phase is coming...

I love this cream I’ve been using it for two weeks and it’s almost cleared up my severe acne , it does cause massive dryness and redness so be prepared the first week can be painful but worth the pain my skin is so much clearer

This cream product made my skin so try and I had a really bad reaction to it my face is so red and swollen. Also around my mouth is so dry it hurts to eat and talk. I usually don’t leave reviews but just because I had a bad experience doesn’t mean you will… But this is so painful and frustrating.

Made my acne worse than it’s ever been in my entire life, I don’t even want to be seen in public. I now have to go on accurate because aklief messed my skin up so bad.

This works great!! I’ve had acne for two to three years now and after using this for a few weeks my skin is looking and feeling so great! I first tried to use this about a year ago but experienced burning, but now I wash my face moisturize put the aklief on and then moisturize again and I feel no burning whatsoever.

this cream made my acne way worse than it was before i started using it. it felt as if my skin had been burned because it was sensitive, raw and peeling. i don't know if other people had different results but i will never be using this ever again.

I have a skin problem called Keratosis Pilaris (small tiny bumps but itchy and painful) both of my upper arms. The dermatologist prescribed this medication, after using it for 2 days I experienced extremely bad reactions. My arms was worse than ever and cannot wear sleeves anymore.

I have been using this cream for nearly five weeks now. Amazing, amazing Amazing! The breakouts have completely stopped, and apart from a couple pimples from purging on weeks 2 and three, it’s been great! Mild stinging immediately after applying, but goes away in minutes. Mild dryness at the start which was easily remedied with lots of lotion. I use it on my truncated acne as well and the results are equally great, though it does take longer for them to show.

I was breaking out due to hormones and wearing the mask around my face. It took months, I started with smaller zits then huge cystic pimples, three at a time on my lower half of my face. The breakouts have decreased, I think the purging phase is coming to an end although there are still small break outs and peeling will not stop. It did get somewhat better but my skin is worse than it was before. While my doctor said it would take 6 weeks to improve after getting worse that was wrong. I am now on three months and still have the worse side effects. Read More Read Less
