ES SCLC w/ liver and brain mets.
Had plat chemo and Atezolizumab immunotherapy.
Immuno stopped working after 3 months (multiple new mets).
After 3 cycles of Zepzelca mets stopped growing and I feel very good.
Also had whole brain radiation which was very successful.

This drug killed my grandfather in less than a week of its initiation. He developed a low WBC, a fever, and quickly became septic. Although they do warn of these side effects, it was a very quick progression from the time he started the med to when he fell ill and passed away.
