In very early COPD, I appreciate Breztri's making shortness of breath and wheezing almost non-existent when I walk on flat surfaces. My complaint is that the last "20" doses have hard any medicine in the sprays. Yes, I cleaned it and pressed as hard as with earlier doses. No side effects.

I have asthma and chronic bronchitis. Started off ok but noticed I still needed my Albuterol more than not. Felt extremely foggy in the brain and very weak and air would cut off quickly. Also just lethargic in general. I have had covid. I finally decided to stop this and go back to my asthma treatment. I felt better overnight. I am hypersensitive to most meds sadly and was hopeful this would help....

Was given this as a sample for what the dr believed to be bronchitis stemming from mild copd (have never been tested for cood ). Was not told to use or given a spacer (just read on another thread that the manufacture doesn’t approve of a spacer with this inhaler) Used for three days and it really helped with the bronchitis coughing and breathing. However had horrible insomnia and acid reflux day four thru seven and then realized it may be from this. Stopped using on day eight and slept great and no acid reflux. I did rinse my mouth after every use and on day 10 have a dandy case of Thrush and my taste buds on back of tongue are huge from the acid reflux. It did help in the very beginning but after looking up the price of this there’s no way I’m paying that on top of the two additional drs visits and meds to take care of the side effects.Read More Read Less

I had to clean my inhaler 7 times to get it to work properly. Get your dr to prescribe the budesonide solution for nebulizer. That will be covered under your insurance. Then discuss with your dr on another option for a daily inhaler for the other components of this medicine. This company is a sole sponsor of a race car at a minimum of $35 million a year. That money should be used to improve the delivery issues they have with their product.

It's a wonderful medication when it actually sprays right. I never have had problems with any other inhalers. With this medication it is every inhaler. So each month I have to make the choice inhale just air for 1st pump or get two sprays which makes wasting 1st pump and running out days early.

I took this product once and I am miserable 10 hours later . it seems to have restricted my air supply at my throat and made me cough harder than I ever did all night.

I spend a lot of money on these inhalers, and it seems that I only get about 3/4ths. It constantly misses puffs. I think they should send you two for one that way you get the full amount you are paying for.

The yellow inhalers are not working with the last 20 or so puffs I can’t tell if I’m even getting the medicine. Go back to previous containers please.

This dispenser is worthless. You never know how much you are getting and the last puffs are worthless. I complained to Breztri and got nowhere. Go back to the old dispensers. This medicine is to expensive to have to take more inhales than called for. I never have enough to make the month!

I’ve used Breztri for 2 years when it was the white canister, worked great. This new yellow canister is terrible. I don’t feel it’s dispensing the medicine because I don’t feel as good using the white one. I’m not going to keep paying the high price for this inhaler, will be changing to something else.

I previously used Symbicort, but my pulmonologist suggested Breztri about 6 months ago. I see no improvement and have problems with thrush, hoarseness, and sore throat even though I rinse my mouth after use. Symbicort worked better for me.

I have been on Symbicort for years and switched to Breztri hoping for improvement. At first it seemed to work but the canister delivery system is terrible. I never get a full 30 days and it seems to be empty for the last 20 or so puffs. I feel like there is a thicker powder which causes my tongue to be coated so I wonder how much is actually reaching my lungs. Very disappointing!

I have been using brezti for a few years this new yellow applicator is the worst at least with the white applicator you knew what you were getting the yellow you never sure if it delivers a full dose or not you don't hear anything you don't feel anything you have no idea but you know it never fails to count down !!!!! And you're breathing leaves you to wonder if you got the right dose what's going on with this new yellow applicator tell the company to get rid of it bring the white one back for all the money you spend on this it should at least deliver the product correctly to you without any guessing if you received it or not ??? is this just for the company to make more money what is going on?Read More Read Less

Stopped dispensing medicine with 40 to 50 left on the counter. The medicine worked ok but with the cost of it and to be shorted that many doses is very disappointing.

After 13 months of Breztri I gave up trying to make the inhaler work. I'd wash the inhaler per the instructions - every 7 days, and it would fail in 2 days. No way to reliably get my medication. When it delivered half a dose, the counter when down a full dose. I asked my doctor and he changed my prescription to Trelegy. Works every time, and treats my symptoms as well.

I immediately noticed a difference in my breathing. My doctor switched me from Trelegy that worked very little. I think that it's great! I can breath a lot better using Breztri. I haven't had any more issues using it than I do with any other inhalers. The only side effect is fatigue, but not sure if I can totally it on this.I've only been on it for a month but am hopeful it will keep working great for me.

The design of the inhaler is bad. There is how in front that perfectly pinches your upper lip with each spray. If you try to avoid it you can't get the inhaler positioned properly to spray straight in so you get sprayed on the roof of your mouth. Did anyone try this out before they put it on the market?

I'm finding breztri areospere unreliable for spraying medication each time. It's hit and miss, whether it works or not.
