I can't provide a fair assessment of the use I'm on 2nd cycle of 21 days full dosage. I have stage 4RCC, survivor of 8.5 years. Side effects I deal with are tiredness, decrease appetite, cough, joint pain.

This meds gave me weakness, fatigue, dry hands and mouth, fainting spells, high heartrate, loss of appetite. Took for 21 days and also gave me shortness of breath.
