what is this stuff for? my 82 yo mother passed last week and she has gobs of this crap. and webmd wil NOT tell me what this stuff is for!!!

Warning: If you have had depression this product may make your depression worse while starting before getting better due to what it does in the gut. My side affect were mood swings when I didn't have any issues before starting the product. Ask a doctor if this product is right for you before use.

Unfortunately, this product gave an additional GI symptoms including excessive gas, bloating and diarrhea. I stopped taking it after few days. I recently finished an antibiotic course and wanted to improve my GI function. Too bad, this is not for me. Once you notice bloating, STOP taking this right away. The side effects won’t go away. I’ve never experienced such a bad bloating and prolonged diarrhea.

I first tried the Health & Wellness formula with no problems. Then I tried the Digestive Health formula and started have nausea the first day after day 3 I stopped taking it and the nausea disappeared. Nausea is not something I experience unless I am very sick. I called the company and they told me nausea was a common side effect. It is not listed on any of the fact sheet with the product and it is not listed on line. I think it may have been the chicory root extract since that ingredient is only in the Digestive Health formula. I called the company and asked for a coupon to save on my next purchase of the Health & Wellness formula and they took my name and address and email address and info from the package and then informed me they do not offer coupons.
