I have been in Aducanumab studies since 2018. I now take the maximum dosage. Overall, I think it has slowed my mental decline. However, the treatment itself is cumbersome: monthly long IV infusions, long memory tests, noisy MRI's and PET scans.The biggest problem, headaches at the highest dose. Once, treatment was suspended for several months due to micro bleeds and swelling in my brain.
