I have kept my empty old bottle for this medication since 2003 when it was the ONLY medication that helped clear my nose. I had recurrent sinus infections for years and they got so bad that my nose was clogged up for months at a time. I could only breathe through my mouth and my doctor had prescribed many other meds before finally trying this one. I ended up having sinus surgery so I haven't experienced this kind of extended stuffiness since...but I am keeping that empty bottle, just in case It happens again to me (or anyone else I know).Read More Read Less

Cleared my sinus great!! I used almost everything to clear up my alergies for 2 years with nothing helping me until I was perscribed Duratuss. First few days taking, I had a hard time falling asleep. but now no problems.
