Wife and I agree that I had been drinking alcohol TOO much daily-- so I knew from farm day's that ACV is a safe food item. To take-- You get a TALL waterglass and FILL with ice. Pour a jigger of ACV in and fill with water--- Do not stir.!! ENJOY a slow sipper drink that helps your body. Note: I lost 11-lbs. in week and 1/2. Blood pressure dropped to 133 from 147. I originally started using ACV as I read it can help cure diverticulitis. I mixed it with 8 ounces of warm water and a pinch of cayenne pepper. I will say, it helped clear up the diverticulitis, and I continued taking it for many weeks after because of all the health benefits I read about. About 5 weeks into it, I started having non-stop heart palpitations for 8 days straight. My wife showed my a ...

About 5 weeks into it, I started having non-stop heart palpitations for 8 days straight. My wife showed my a video where the ACV can cause this by restricting the amount of potassium the body absorbs. I quit drinking it, and 2 days later the palpitations were gone. So this morning, I tried using just one teaspoon with water & honey, and now I've had palpitations all day. No more ACV for me. This is a horrible side effect. Read More Read Less

My husband and I have been using the Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. After I studied the side effects of many of the over the counter medications for acid reflux, I saw the information on useing this and thought we would try it. We take one Tablespoon full in 4 ounces of water each evening and we have found it to work quite well. If you have mold allergies, you may want to see how it effects you, but I take it and I have the mold allergies and I have been fine with no side effects. Of course as will any other home remedy, you should talk to you doctor about it as well.Read More Read Less

(Liquid form) Fast relief from migraine caused by intestinal irritation, such as a build up of gas. There is a bitter and sour taste to it, but it can be mixed in with various recipes, but not as effective when chased with other drinks, such as water. I prefer it mixed in with macaroni salad. One other old print article that I have read recommended it for treatment of dandruff. (works almost immediately but is nasty tasting straight up, but extremely effective.)
