USE: migraine headaches. It works when other remedies, as well as the 12-hour version, do not. 4-hour version of pseudoephedrine hcl 60mg + 800mg ibuprofen eliminate my migraines. I've tried many other decons with the ibu, but none work. When you have no insurance, this is a Godsend. Also, this combo doesn't make me feel high or drunk like the prescription drugs did!
