My neurologist wanted me on this drug after years being on Rebif. I had RRMS but was progressing to advanced RRMS. This was scaring me and I was seeing it progressing to secondary progressive MS. After two years on the chemo, with no side effects, my EDSS score went from 4.5 to 2 (and I am now back on Rebif). Go for it - noting to be afraid of.
