I have used vitamin e for my scars from a very bad car accident that had my face open three inches wide and all the way to the bone. now the scar looks like a peice of hair on the side of my face.

I used vitamin E cream and oil on forearm scar from 2nd and 3rd degree burn. I used it daily and after a few years the scar was no longer noticed.
