My eyes started being dry more recently. when I wake in the morning my eyes are red and scratchy. I immediately drop one drop in each eye when I wake and it helps so much. im very happy with Refresh Tears.

It lubricates but does not ease the pain and redness of the eyes.

Consistently effective, up to 14 hours of relief, inexpensive at Costco. Apply one drop first thing in morning and another drop before going to sleep. This prevents pain, stickiness, etc, all day. Better to prevent pain than treating pain when it occurs.

I'm confused because I have been using Refresh tears for years. Before it would rinse and sooth my eyes without being sticky. Now it just feels dry. I feel like the formulation has changed.

purchased a package of 4 0.5fl oz. Refresh Tears from BJ’s earlier this year. Lot # 10021 exp. Nov 2022. I had two bottles opened as one of the bottles stopped allowing the droplet to come out in to my eye. Yesterday, I decided to open up both tops of the bottles and transfer the plugged one into the one bottle that worked. I noticed in the transfer a black object and poured it out on a tissue. To my horror, it appears like a large ant, spider or black mold was inside the bottle.

Tears apparently has changed contents (i.e.,seems to be a heavier viscosity than before on the yellow tab). I am having problems with this liquid in not spreading a film but rather leaving a partial film resulting in impared vision.
