Prescribed by my Denist starting 2 hours before the procedure. I had requested a different antibotic, but he refused. I was prescribed this by my dentist for an abscess. However, I experienced abdominal pain, bloating, sleeplessness, nausea and diarrhea. It also does not seem to work very effectively, I have taken it on more than one occasion with no result. But I am allergic to penicillin, so this was the recommended alternative.
