This medication it almost killed me. I ran 30 km on the rain preparing Soweto Marathon, 42 km. After the training I sustained some discomfort/burn marks between my legs. I decided to visit my doctor to heal my burn marks and the doctor prescribed me Prednisone 5 to heal my wounds quicker, according to her. I used this medication from Tuesday to Saturday to run 42 km on Sunday. I managed to run 21 km without feeling anything, after 21 km I started feeling dizziness, uncontrollable breathing and my arms were like separating from the joints. I ran and walking until I finished the race at 5:30. After the race I was feeling dizzy and continued breathing too high. This medication I respect and I will never take it again. For what happened I never go back to the doctor and asked her why she did this to me??Read More Read Less
