ihave taken this vit for quite sometime now and it works for me, now i feel more active and have reserve energy to do other things which i always neglect before. i have enough quality time now for my young kids and whole family,,, i am enjoying every time with them without stress feeling and anxiety...both my job and family time is very much okay now.thank you.
