I took Ginsana oil-capsules several years ago; they provided a jitter-free energy boost; they were great until they caused intenses itching after sun exposure (photosensitivity). They are no longer available. The new Ginsana caps I recently bought from Walmart on-line are not oil-filled, but have a green powder inside. They make me feel terrible. Two caps: nausea, woozy, dizzy, out-of-it; that lasts for 7-8 hours. These are VERY different than the old ones.
