I have been trying for years find a product to help with regular elimination. I am using the 500 mg cap let's. One of these each evening with at least two glasses of col water and I am regular. I am hoping there really is no sodium in this. It is not listed anywhere on the bottle.. My system feels so good.

I am using the caplets; They should just call this soluble fiber, because this, like acacia soluble fibre can be used to regulate bowels, whether diarrhoea or constipation. No gas problem at all with methyl-cellulose because it is non ferment-able by any bacteria. Build up to level that works. I take throughout the day before food. I have IBS-d.

I have always felt full even after a bowel movement. since taking 2 caplets every morning. Feeling great and not continually bloated. I have Diverticulitis and IBS. I thank Citrucel for this product I can finally go so to speak as I should.
