Taking this medication as well as Flomax. Don't know which one is helping, maybe the combination, but PSA is down and urination BPH symptoms are vastly improved. All this in only two months.

Using product for 30 months, some improvement in urinating after 6 months. No noticeable change since, reduction in sex drive, semen, and lack of interest in sex. I have discontinued product as of this date.

I really began to notice the positive change after 18 months of usage. I am now at the 24 month usage stage and am extremely pleased with the results. While I am not like I was 30 years ago, I am still getting better and better

Avodart did not produce an improvement in urine flow for me. However it reduced my semen quantity to almost nothing which I didn't like.
