Although I have used this for sinus congestion at a minimum of one small pill daily each morning it works for relieving my early morning congestion. Throughout the day I feel great. The other thing I've noticed it has totally stopped my usual migraines. No more migraines!! After taking this for an entire year. Not one single migraine. Perhaps my congestion was triggering my migraines.
