My doctor prescribed Oxaprozin for my pain associated with sacro iliac (hip) joint inflammation. It has helped quite a bit. I've noticed that if I miss taking a dose for a day or two, my symptoms come back quickly. But while I'm on it, it's barely noticable. No negative side effects noticed so far.

Oxaprozin has help me deal with the chronic stiffness and soreness in my hand from arthritis. Even holding a pen was a chore at times for me, but since I started taking Oxaprozin it has become a easy normal function again.

I was taking this pill twice a day for about 3 years and it helped me alot not completely but enought to get around. But my doctor took me off of it because she said it would give me an ulcer. I had no side affects at all which she would put me back on it.

I have adult scoliosis. Tried this for the back/leg pain. After 3 days of taking, it did not help with the pain, and caused stomach problems and diarrhea. Doctor proscribed another drug.

it helps very little w/pain and stiffness ~ I have a bulging disc and degenerative disc disease and my pain never goes away. I have been somewhat dizzy at times and I believe it is this medicine.

I've taken this med for many years. Anytime I'm off it for any reason, my pain and swelling returns. I had to go off it for back surgery and I now have a flare with a very swollen and painful hand.
