This worked well when I could get it. I wold take it 1 hr before treatment in a special UV booth. I had to stop this treatment when drug company stopped distribution. I changed to narrwband UV light bulbs and topical steriod cream (diprolean spelling?)on effected areas of jaw, neck, arms and back of hands. Almost all pigment has re-generated
