I don't know if is really working but I notice small brown stains in the black of my front teeth. My orthodontic give it to me when I first got braces a month ago and I've been using it every day before going to sleep. I brush my teeth after every meal and I dont use tobbaco, I dont drink coffee or soda and I even stop drinking juice.
