This product is Definitely designed to be used at night time not during the day or when you're awake. Whenever I have a canker sore I put this on at night time before I go to bed and usually in the morning the canker sore is usually always or nearly completely gone. They are very correct when they say do not rub this stuff in a sore because it gets very gritty very fast, very limited lifespan of p...

I've had a sore on my tongue for over 1 week and been using oracort for 3 days. It works for a very short time (1 hour maybe) Not happy.

I get canker sore extremely easily. Like other reviews, this medication works extremely well on my canker sore because my canker sore is immune to Bonjela or mouthwash. Only this works for me.

I get cankers really easily and this is the only thing that helps. This is a bedtime only paste and usually by the AM I'm well on the way to recovery. I don't know how anyone thinks it would work on their tongue at all. Read the directions!

They are very correct when they say do not rub this stuff in a sore because it gets very gritty very fast, very limited lifespan of putting it on before he gets all nasty and goopy. That last reason is why gave it four stars. I have been using this all my lifeRead More Read Less

reduces the pain of the canker sore and shortens the life of the canker sore. If I apply it when the canker is barely started it will go away within 24 hrs
