I am 64 years old my wife is 66. I am 6' 2" 215 pounds and physically active. However after 42 years of marriage things kind of went soft in the bedroom. For the last two years I've had difficulty maintaing an erection in order to have an orgasm with her. I have better luck by myself. If I use a vibrator it helps. My doctor gave me some 20mg Levitra to try. Last night at 8:30 pm I took one pill and a glass of water. Within 10 minutes my face began to feel flushed and very warm. In another 10 minutes I could feel 'things beginning to stir.' 30 minutes after I took the pill I had an erection that took me back to me youth. I had't seen that angle since I was probably 17! I was amazed how full the head appeared and felt. Overall it was quite atonishing! To say it was firm is an understatement! I told my wife, "Quick, to the bedroom! I don't know how long this will last." We couldn't have been more pleased. After one hour I came with the feeling of bliss we haven't had in years. My wife never had a problem with orgasms. Still doesn't. About 20 minutes later I was back to 'normal.' We did it again at 2am and again at 8:30am. Both times my erection was as strong as the first time. Simply amazing! At about 2:30am I began to get a headache. It became the 'headache from hell' and lasted until about noon. Really nasty!-- Was the headache worth bringing back my youth for a few hours? Oh yeah! I'm 49. White male, 104kg. No medical problem. After 8 month without sex I met gorgeous woman. But, for the first time in my life, no firm erection, and always ejaculating at the very beginning. I am able to maintain my erection better with Levitra. Works within an hour, however, I like to wait at least 2 hours so that the drug is in my system and provides a hard erection upon sexual stimuli or sexual contact.

This has not been 100% effective and I am not sure if the strength is enough at 20mg. I travel for 10 days at a time and so use the medication on an irregular basis. I would like something that worked more effectively, if that is possible. I have had limited success but not more than 20% and I need to move forward with some other treatment.

Drug works pretty well. Only issue I have with ED drugs are timing. It only lasts well for 3 hours or so. So sometimes I take figuring on sexual activity and we don't have sex. But the drug works well

After using Viagra which resulted in a semi-hard erection (not hard enough for intercourse), my doctor gave me a prescription for 20mg. The result was worse than with Viagra.

I had used verdanafil the generic equivalent of levitra. It was as effective as that of levitra. I got these generic equivalents at International Drug Mart.

Car crash 10 years ago damaged pelvis and right side genital muscles. I am 59 year old white male, 155 pounds, no other medical problems. Am on oral inhalers to manage (successfully) a mild asthma condition. No other support meds. Been using Vardenafil (on-line order, all I can afford) for four years as of May 2010. Take Vardenafil in the early AM when you have a morning urination. Go back to bed, cuddle and hug, go back to sleep. When you wake up a couple hours later, you will have an astonishing hard erection. I do, and I am feeling like I am forty years old again. Also, have afternoon sex on a quiet week or weekend day, again block-out the time strictly for you and your lover. Lastly, find a damn good urologist who understands YOUR problems, not just comparing you to a statistical population. My guy is originally from Columbia, South America. 10 mg. A great headache pill with the side effect of a mild erection.

ERECTION LASTS ONLY A SHORT TIME, LESS THAN 10 MINUTES

I can have sex without any of these drugs but it can be a challenge. I take drugs for high blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes. I have taken Viagra and Cialis and Levitra was by far the best for me. Viagra causes me a bad upset stomach and Cialis causes some and leaves me with a loggy and drugged feeling the next day. Levitra gives me little or no upset stomach, same for flushing and no nasal problems. I do get a hard and maintained erection, detained and large volume of ejaculation. My wife was amazed with the amount of semen and detained ejaculation. She calls them big boy pills. I get no drugged feeling and can have sex again in the morning. The medication works as advertised. It isn't a miracle drug but does work as indicated.

Some mild headaches & minor nasal congestion. Effective for getting & maintaining an erection (10 mg. dose).

I took Levitra with Grapfruit Juice & Absolute Vodka Since about one year ago. The Medicine work good but since then I have lot of headach with bloury vision. Please advise me what to do. Thank you and awaiting for your advise.

Very effective in producing firm erection. Does tend to have a laxative effect
