I have had a cough for 5 weeks with no relief. The cough is caused by allergies and nasal drainage down my throat. The tussitabs were effective the first night. My only problem is the nausea caused by the hydrocodone. This is a common reaction to this medication for me. I am unable to go to work because I am afraid to drive while on the medication. And during afternoon and evening, I am too nauseous to do anything. I am happy I am able to sleep at night which I wasn't able to do with the cough.
