I have a sinus headache almost everyday. The Sudafed Sinus Headache definately works. However, what I end up dealing with is a unpredictable and uncontrollable runny nose. A real nuisance at work! I quit taking it because of this. I am now trying Loratadine and I have been happy with it so far.

When I had the Flu last season Sudafed PE Sinus Headache was the only thing that took away my headache. I would recommend it to anyone that is able to take it with a sinus headache.
