I have had much more positives than negatives with Sensa. It affected my IBS in the beginning, but that balanced out. Most meds or whatever need a week or two to get past any side effects. I have found that my appetite is so lessened! I can feel the skinny me getting closer and closer to getting out of this strange obese body I am carrying around ! YAY

It is a product called Sensa and I have developed irratable bowel .

I started using Sensa and have been ill all week. MSG like symptoms. Headaches, nausea, eye sight blurry and somewhat dizzy. Perhaps the FDA needs to investigate.

1st time I sprinkled SENSA (wt loss aid) on my oatmeal I became unwell immediately. I had a heavy head, weighty feeling over my eyes and pressure in my ears. Just not feeling well. Later when I had yoghurt and sprinkled it I again felt the same.

Started using the Sensa Weight Loss Program which contains maltodextrin. After two uses my heart rate increased, I developed a severe headache and stiff neck. I haven't used this product for 36 hours and I'm still having some of these side effects. Yes, it's easy to use, sprinkle it on your food before eating, but convenience doesn't mean success. Beware.

I have only used this med for approximately 2 days and it does not make me feel good. Really nervous and kind of restless. Not sure why since I was told that this was not a stimulant. Any ideas as to what this drug really is?
