After a liver transplant almost 2 years ago I was taking Baraclude. 5mg daily and receiving HBIG injections monthly. Currently the HBV level is low and the HBIG has been reduced to every 3 months. My doctors seem to be against stopping the HBIG immediately but hope to reduce or eliminate them over time. So far the Cipla generic Baraclude from bonhoa.com is working for me. No problems at all!!!

I have been using Baraclude (Entecavir) for over 4 years now. It worked until few months ago. The virus came back and now my doctor has to search for new drugs for me. I read an article about this drug's resistance in 6 years. I don't know whether it is normal for the need of switching durgs but I hope it is something out there can work for a lifetime.

No side effect noted since I started taking this medication in May 2017. But it is really very expensive. So I have to change to generic one from bonhoa.com.It takes only 1/12 of brand one. It is really good for the people who can not afford for. I do not know, how long still I have to take it. Hope all of you will be cured.
