Used for treatment of Desmoid Tumors. Tumors are shrinking with very little adverse side effects. Began treatment at 400mg per day and reduced to 300mg per day due to blisters/calluses on soles of feet.

This drug worked to shrink and keep stable my GIST tumors for one year. Then progression started up again. This drug was VERY hard on me. Fatigue, hand / foot, acne, did I say fatigue? some hair loss, 30 lbs weight loss overnight practically. Diarrhea, abdominal pains.

I take 4 tablets a day but some side effects show up already. My doctor bring the dose down 2 tablets a day. I want to stop take sorafenib about 2 weeks and then I take the pill again, is that ok .
