I have been taking this medication for major depression and it really hasn't made any difference at all...I'm on Lexapro and Melatonin as well, so maybe it has something to do with the combination, but it really hasn't made even the tiniest bit of a difference.

I have had depression since the loss of my Dad, buried him on Tuesday and two days later I loss my husband. I also take Cymbalta and the two have made a big difference.
