    be very careful taking this. I once took the 10 mg and had a bad Experience . then 10 years later my Dr. told me lets try a 5 mg, so I thought okay that's a low dose. I got home and got in bed and took it, next thing I know I'm sleep walking in my sleep walk, eat some food out of my fridge and so on. the next morning {really second morning} I woke up and my wife was home on a work day to w ...     Ambien is a wonderful sleep aid. For people who have trouble staying asleep, this is the medication for you. I've been taking it for at least 10 years and I've not built up a tolerance to it yet. Don't get out of bed after taking it as it does pose a risk of falling because it works very quickly and will make you very drowsy and perhaps dizzy. It helps me sleep for 7-8 hours without an ...     I have been taking Ambien for many years and if you do not abuse it by taking more than prescribed in an evening, this medication works great. Make sure you can get at least 7 hours of sleep before taking and get right into bed after taking this medication.
