I have a horrible diet and some of the stuff I eat has no nutritional value. At 55 as my bones get older, my nails get brittle and my hair falls out, I opted to get a multivitamin with a brand name I trust. I am not very active and felt sluggish. Since taking centrum 50+ my nails are growing stronger and longer. Less of my hair is falling out and is even healthier. My energy is up, and my mood is stable. I just feel so much better. I started taking these at the beginning of the COVID-19 plandemic, and they helped me tremendously.

My wife and I have taken Centrum Silver multivitamins for over 20 years, and I like them. They are cost-effective, relatively complete, and easy to swallow. (I am surprised to read some reviews that claim difficulty swallowing these pills.) The only question I have is whether these synthetic vitamins are less effective than natural ones. However, that aside, I like these vitamin pill.

Did not feel well. Will not use in future.

My bottles I buy in Central America are made in Canada for Costa Rica. I have been talking these for over a year and I have not noticed any good or bad effects. A local doctor recently commented that my health is very good. And, my 19 years younger than me partner is impressed with my active mental state. I will keep taking these, unless I can find something better.

The new improved centrum silver for over 50 years old. Has a side effect on me than the previous regular ones. Taking centrum silver does gives me energy and stayed sharp but I found out also that it causes me itchy rashes in my legs and under arms allergy. I found that out after I tried not to take it for a week. So, I stopped taking it and just tried to eat the proper healthy food. Sometimes these supplements will do you more harm.

I had to break them in half to swallow them I'm not a pill swallow but boy did they work had to start cutting my fingernails like five times a month and a haircut almost every 2 months it gives you body what it needs very well satisfied

Just started taking this. Sure if you east well and a Varity of fruits veggies and healthy meat and fish you may not require, however, if you do not eat well, you absolutely need a multi... there are many minerals that interact with each other and rely on eachother. The real test is a full blood workup before you begin and lets say 1-2 months again. That would be a good test not just "how you feel" To you Healty! Cheers

I started taking these 10 months ago. I found them difficult to sallow and they caused nausea so I started taking them at bedtime. Since being on these my healthy liver that was screened at the time I started these is now toxic and fatty. I also have twitching in my left eye and neuropathy. This is the only thing that has changed in my life. From reading other’s experiences there seems a direct correlation. I will not be taking another centrum tablet. Please beware!

Caused major gas. I stopped using the product for two weeks and the gas went away. I started taking it again and the gas returned. And not a very pleasant gas either!

It is a definite choking hazard. Every time I take one I choke, and cough a lot as it stays lodged in my throat. It takes an hour or so for it to dislodge and go down. I do not like them at all.

I switched to the gummies because the pills are huge and hard to swallow, I was breaking them in half. Have noticed no gain from taking them. Just read another review where they stated these were made in a communist country and who knows what controls are in place for safety in production. I will never buy these again.

To hard to swallow it got stuck in my throat

At age 71 have been taking Centrum for 10 months just to be sure I'm not deficient in vitamins, one tablet a day after a meal but without any noticeable changes in anything. The vitamins have had Zero effect so will stop taking this "nutritional supplement" after the last bottle. For me it's like taking an expensive placebo. My elevated concern is about quality control for a product Made In China - By Wyeth Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd at Suzhou in Jiangsu Province on behalf of Pfizer. What level of oversight in a communist country can there be about genuine product ingredients? I just don't trust communist control in the manufacturing process. Why is their Talc in this vitamin?

I have been taking Centrum Silver for males over 50 for years. As a shift worker, I usually take a half a pill because it makes it harder to sleep if I take a full pill. For me it seems to make a positive difference. I have noticed at times of taking a whole pill that I experience burning in the eyes.

Mother in law has taken for years, now has neuropathy in feet & hands. Neurologist found high b- 6 levels causing nerve damage. Centrum silver has 3 times daily values of b-6. She believed vitamins would help health, boy was she wrong. Warning.

I have taken Centrum Silver for several years. Recently I found tablets of the same shape but a different color in the container. I contacted the company and was asked to send them in. I sent in a sample but they refuse to tell me what they were. They said I have no proof that they were in the container when I bought it.

Total illusion and mere money grabber. Don't believe in these things. Watch your diet instead: there is no replacement for actual healthy foods. This won't do anything for you. Just reading the comments makes me laugh though folks are careful not to overvalue this so-called product, except for the outright liar with a stake in sales. Drop the vitamin nonsense! I take nothing and am doing fine.

I use to take other vitamins but I switched to Centrum Silver. I took it 4 different times. The first time was fine, the second I had a sudden stomach ache so strong that I had to lie in bed for an hour. I wasn't sure it was from the vitamins, as the third time was fine. The forth and last time, I took it in the morning after toast and was feeling so sick, I wanted to vomit. I didn't vomit because I tried really hard not to as I was walking in the street in my way to work. I do not recommend this product at all.Read More Read Less
