My best advice is if you are not looking to lose over 100lbs. Please walk away. I went into the facility and my goal was only to lose 20lbs. I was skeptical about signing up in the first place so the owner (patricia) allowed me to do a 6 month period. I was told about the cancellation process, but was informed I would only be charged for the scan. I was okay with that. When I tried to cancel, I had to call a numerous amount of times and was given the runaround’s. I signed up on a Saturday, and was communicating concerning cancelling my contract on Sunday and Monday, I came into the office to cancel my contract. I was set to begin the program on Monday. I was given about 4 pill bottle and I had used 2 out of 1 bottle and maybe one out of 2 of the bottles. I was told to bring in the merchandise and I would be refunded the remainder. However, this did not happen, when I brought in the products (monica) informed me that I would receive an invoice with me getting back the leftover money. I called for 2 days and to no avail was ignored. Finally someone reached back out to me and said I would not get a refund. I returned the products that I PAID FOR!!!!!!! I feel this is unfair to consumers, to lie to people and get them out of their money. I paid for products that they took back. So if you are not looking to lose a significant amount of weight. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I have put in a dispute with my bank and they wrote back my bank “LYING”about my experience and how I was excited. I will continue to dispute this transaction as long as I can; due to me being lied to in the first place!!!! Not to mention they are not accredited by the BBB. Read More Read Less
