My eyes didn't feel dry and irritated prior to using, but I had vision problems and my doctor wanted me using these preservative free drops 4x/day plus Restasis 2x/day. My eyes felt dry, irritated and burning after each dose for hours - like I had no tears at all in my eyes. I called the company, and they said they would have someone call me. No one did. They also said I could call the FDA and report my symptoms. I called my doctor, and the girl in the office said that irritation was normal and the combination of the 2 sets of drugs would take 3 months to see a difference. But my eyes have gotten worse. No one is taking me seriously. Is it safe to suffer with this pain and irritation for 3 months?Read More Read Less

I have been using Refresh Plus preservative free drops for over 5 years but saw these new drops and gave them a try to see if they worked better. They DO NOT! I called Allergan to complain about a burning sensation when I used them and they said they've received this complaint before.
