It took me a year of taking 200 mg of Ubiquinol CoQ10 daily off & on to realize that it was making a huge positive difference. I didn't realize that it was alleviating the pain triggered by a deep callus in the bottom of my right foot and later also the pain to the right of my crotch on my hip, that started after taking a statin last October. I'll be taking this supplement indefinitely for now on!! Huge fan!! Unlike a lot of natural supplements, this one is very effective.

Dr. recommended to replace natural production lost because of blood and heart drugs which may be causing muscle and joint pain. Unsure of effectiveness after 1 month.

It was suggested I take this drug to alleviate the problem of night time leg cramps. I am currently taking 40 mg of Zocor daily and I have been diagnosed with RLS. In addition I have severe spinal stenosis according to an MRI done in late November.
